Ablauf Neueinstellung/Weiterbeschäftigung HiWi's und Tutoren

Im Jahr 2022 wurde der Ablauf digitalisiert: Einstellungen und Weiterbeschäftigungen finden nicht mehr in Papierform, sondern ausschließlich digital statt.

Die Studenten, die als Tutor oder als HiWi anfangen wollen, müssen sich unter dem folgenden Link bewerben

Dort füllen sie die Masken soweit aus und hinterlegen dort noch folgende Dokumente:

• aktuelle Immatrikulationsbescheinigung
• Nachweis einer Krankenversicherung
• wenn vom Studenten gewünscht, das Schreiben der Befreiung von der Rentenversicherungspflicht
• wenn vom Studenten gewünscht, der Antrag auf eine Pauschalversteuerung
• ggf. den Aufenthaltstitel

In Schritt 4 werden Sie nach weiteren Informationgen gefragt werden. Diese bringen Sie bitte von Ihrem Betreuer mit:

Hier tragen Sie ein, diese Angaben sind zwingend erforderlich:

• Von wann bis wann geht die Beschäftigungsdauer (Beginn ist nur zum 01. und 16. und das Ende zum 15. und Monatsende möglich)
• Wieviele Stunden/Woche oder Stunden/Monat sind vorgesehen*?
• An welchen Arbeitstagen (Montag bis Freitag) arbeitet der Student?
• Aus welchem PSP-Element soll der Student finanziert werden? - das ist die Identifikation des Kontos aus dem Ihr Gehalt gezahlt werden wird
• sofern sie vorliegt: die Mittelbindungsnummer (wenn nötig, insbesondere für Tutorentätigkeit in großen Lehrveranstaltungen)
• Klassifizierung der Einstellung: Tutor, studentische Hilfskraft (laufendes Bachelor Studium) (Stundenlohn 12,00 Euro, Stand: August 2022) oder wissenschaftliche Hilfskraft (abgeschlossenes Bachelor-Studium) (Stundenlohn 13,95 Euro). Hinweis: Studentische Hilfskräfte werden je nachdem eingestellt, ob sie bereits ihren Bachelor haben oder nicht. Danach richtet sich das Gehalt!

Natürlich überprüfen wir die Angaben noch einmal, wir benötigen sie nur an einer Stelle gesammelt.

Der Antrag wird in BITE hochgeladen, wo eine Meldung an das Sekretariat geht. Dieses bearbeitet die Bewerbung und lädt den Einstellungsantrag hoch,.

*Entsprechend der gewünschten Wochenarbeitsstunden können Auswirkung auf das Versicherungsverhältnis in der Kranken- und Pflegeversicherung entstehen. Da der Student einen entsprechenden Lohn für seine Arbeit bekommt, kann es passieren, dass er sich selbst pflichtversichern muss.

Dazu gelten aktuell die folgenden Werte (Stand: 10/2022):

Entsprechend dieser Werte und der Grenzen, die jedes Jahr neu festgelegt werden, ist hier eine Übersicht, was in einem bestimmten Fall der Student maximal verdienen darf:

Anhand dieser Angaben wird der Einstellungsantrag bearbeitet. Bitte beachtet, dass die Kollegen aus PV 32.5 ca. 4 bis 6 Wochen brauchen, bis der Vertrag unterschriftsreif ist.

The students who want to start as a tutor or as a HiWi have to apply at the following link

There, they fill out the masks as far as possible and deposit the following documents there:

• current certificate of enrolment
• Proof of health insurance
• if the student wishes, the letter of exemption from compulsory pension insurance
• if desired by the student, the application for lump-sum taxation
• if applicable, the residence permit

In step #4 you are going to be asked for further information. In this step, please provide the following details which you will receive from your supervisor.

• From when to when is the period of employment (start is only possible on the 01st and 16th and end on the 15th and end of the month).
• How many hours/week or hours/month are planned*?
• On which working days (Monday to Friday) does the student work?
• From which PSP element is the student to be funded? → this is the "account" from where the money comes from
• If available: the funding commitment number (if necessary, mainly for topics as a tutor in large teaching classes)
• Classification of the application: Tutor, student assistant (running bachelor studies) (hourly wage 12.00 euros, Status: August 2022) or research assistant (finished bachelor study) (hourly wage 13.95 euros). Students will get a wage depending on their qualification (with or without bachelor). So we need to decide upfront, whether we want a student with a bachelor degree or not.

We will of course check this input for validity, but we need all information in one place. The application is uploaded to BITE, where a message is sent to the secretariat. This office processes the application and uploads the application for employment.

*According to the desired weekly working hours, there may be effects on the insurance relationship in health and long-term care insurance. Since the student receives a corresponding salary for his or her work, it may happen that he or she has to take out compulsory insurance himself or herself.
